The room itself was a haven of comfort, featuring a cozy bed that ensured restful nights after busy days.

I did notice that the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally spotty, which was a slight inconvenience when trying to catch up on emails. this minor issue didn't detract significantly from my enjoyable experience.

The staff turned out to be caring and hospitable.

The hotel was near walking distance to the market, Xuan Huong lake and easy to find shops, restaurant around, the market and many restaurants thanks to its unbeatable and excellent location. It also was away from waterfalls.

I couldn't believe the value for my money; the room was spacious, clean, and looked just like the pictures! The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, plus the location was perfect for exploring local food spots and attractions.

Menu for breakfast could use more variety.

The location was exceptionally nice, away from waterfalls with easy access to a central market and stores. The staff was really helpful and caring, doing great job. The room we had included cable channels, a mini fridge bar and ironing facilities...

City Views: We were blown away by the breathtaking city views from our room. It felt like we were floating above the bustling streets, watching as the city twinkled and came alive. The panorama was like a painting brought to life, leaving us mesmerized throughout our stay.

Warmer duvet: A warmer duvet would have been great.

I absolutely loved the city views from my room. The shared lounge was great for socializing with other guests. And the free WiFi was handy for posting pictures of my fabulous stay.

Had a great night's sleep in a cozy double room with a super comfortable bed. the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the Datanla High Rope Course 🌲. Plus, it was only around 19 miles from the airport, so getting there was a breeze.
